The Whitehall Manor Covenants Committee is a group of volunteer home owners empowered by the Board to hear appeals regarding by-law violations. They read over the necessary documentation, meet with the homeowner and make recommendations to the Board regarding resolving the problem. They are looking for volunteers to join the Committee.

Updated as of 12/1/11: WINDOW or DOOR INSTALLATION or REPLACEMENT
Although window/door installation/replacement is homeowner responsibility, the homeowner must go through the association with all specs including exact size, sample of color, etc, by using the exterior modification forms available through the Taylor Management company. After those forms are submitted, the forms will need to be approved by the board before the homeowner can make any modifications that affect the exterior appearance of their home.
